I was concerned about some of the rave reviews online thinking that something couldn't be this great. But I jumped into the fray and purchased the P211 GTO from Gun Prime, and boy, am I glad I did!!! This is an amazing pistol! Everything they're said in the reviews is true. It's a heavy beast but is so well-balanced right at the trigger guard cutout, that it doesn't feel the weight that it is. The RomeoX Pro Sig Loc sight sits perfectly low in the slide so that you have unfettered co-witness with the fiber optic sight. The trigger is smooth and crisp and trigger pull measures at 2 lbs. 14 oz. with my Lyman digital gauge. Fit and finish is near perfect. My only issue, and it's more of a nit pic than anything else, is I wish they would have come up with a better way to secure the compensator on the barrel (maybe something more like Canik does with the TTI Combat). A three-piece, spring-loaded retaining setup, just didn't seem to be well thought out. But, like I said, a nit pic, not a deal breaker. :) At almost half the cost of the Staccato XC, it's equal, if not a better, performing pistol. The 3D compensator makes the GTO shoot very soft and flat. You don't have to "power-grip" the pistol. All in all, I'm very happy with the P211 GTO, it's worth every penny, in my opinion, and trust me, I'm not one to throw big $$$$$ at just any gun.
