The Recce 5 AM Silencer is a highly durable 5.56mm suppressor constructed from Griffins proprietary Nickel 625X powder alloy utilizing state of the art DMLS additive manufacturing technology. This manufacturing process yields a solid core resulting in unparalleled strength while maintaining warranty serviceability. Sound performance and flash reduction were both improved making this the highest performing Recce 5 Silencer to date.

Recce Silencers utilize the backwards compatible Taper Mount RI Mounting System a highly accurate and simple system that vastly improves suppressor retention over direct thread options. A Taper Mount EZ Brake 1/2x28 is included with the Recce 5 AM making it ready for use right out of the box with no device timing required. The integrated flash hider end cap is Griffins highest performing end cap yet working in conjunction with the printed core to reduce flash to an absolute first round minimum and eliminate it completely for subsequent shots.

The proprietary patent pending Nickel 625X alloy showed in testing a 68 percent increase in yield and tensile strength over additively manufactured Inconel 625 at 1200 degrees F making it stronger at elevated temperatures than traditional suppressor materials. Featuring an integrated Taper Mount RI system additive manufactured core printed core laser welded to machined rear for warranty serviceability and perpetual lifetime warranty this suppressor is full auto rated and backed by Griffins reputation for hard use reliability.
