The recoil is easy to handle, the gun looks and shoots well. As with any compact you will probably not shoot bullseyes past 5 yards. I only put 50 rounds through the gun due to $50 a box ammo and it fed well. Overall the gun looks and functions great. There are a couple of design things I did not care for:
The magazine release button is easy to push inadvertently. Doing a rapid fire drill I got a click instead of a bang because I dropped the magazine.
The back of the rear sight catches the seam of my pocket holster when drawing the gun. I have a nylon holster so I’ll have to change the sights or the holster with no seam.
My advice is if you don’t mind the extra dollars this is a great gun, however, since this is a short range gun you could by a cheaper gun that would be just as effective. Last thought- I just really like the 1911 style.
