From tactical carbines for personal defense and law enforcement to modern sporting rifle applications, DPMS has a trustworthy reputation for producing affordable AR platforms. A tactical/personal defense configuration with a 16" chrome-moly steel, manganese phosphated, button-rifled barrel that has an A2 birdcage flash hider. Its six-groove rifling has a 1-in-9 right-hand twist. The rifle also has an adjustable DPMS Pardus carbine stock. Both the upper and lower are forged 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum alloy that’s hard-coat anodized per military specifications and Teflon®-coated. The Oracle has an A3- style flat-top upper to accommodate your choice of optics. It’s outfitted with a dust cover, shell deflector, round forward assist and right-hand ejection. Lower receiver features a semiautomatic trigger group, aluminum trigger guard and aluminum magazine release button.

The EOTech 512.A65/1 holographic sight offers speed and versatility in conditions where night vision compatibility is not a concern. This sight is water resistant up to 10 feet, so it makes getting the perfect shot in wet conditions easier to accomplish without wrecking your gear in the process. Hunt with both eyes open, thanks to the wide field of view and 1x magnification that prevent distortion without requiring you to give up your peripheral view. Not being able to stay aware of your surroundings could be a solid safety hazard in some situations, but the 512.A65/1 addresses that. The sight ensures that you and your position remain hidden, as there is no red dot to give that information away. The EOTech 512.A65/1 offers up to 1100 continuous hours of battery life on setting 12, so there is no need to worry about recharging while you are out. The 3x magnifier is produced by Vector Optics. This magnifier is clear and pairs nicely with the Eotech. The Vector Optics 3x magnifier allows for adjustment of the Eotech reticle to the center of the magnifier. The FTS mount is produced with solid construction and has a very impressive tight lock up which is hard to find in flip to side mounts.
